Billing Specialist

Pay Rate/Range:
$16-18/hr Description:
Apply customer payments in the billing system, assist with collections of past due accounts, the set up of new customers and services and data gathering and analysis related to audit activities and government compliance reporting.
Will answer and resolve billing support tickets and perform other support related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to pivot priorities, strong verbal and written communication skills, be able to think outside of the box, have strong attention to detail, be able to work independently and be able to utilize critical thinking skills.
Job Type:
Contract - Hybrid position - work 4 days remote and 1 day in office.
Shift/Schedule:
